Our structured, age-appropriate programs focus on foundational movement skills, strength, coordination, and injury prevention in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Our Youth Fitness Programs

We offer two distinct class options based on age and developmental stage to ensure each child receives the right level of coaching and challenge.

Little Athletes (2nd–5th Grade)

Schedule: Monday & Wednesday | 4:00–5:00 PM

Our Little Athletes program introduces younger kids to fitness through structured play and movement-based training. These kids fitness classes emphasize:

  • Basic strength and body control
  • Coordination, balance, and agility
  • Proper movement patterns
  • Confidence-building through fun, engaging activities

This program lays the foundation for lifelong fitness and safe participation in sports.

Youth Fitness (5th–8th Grade)

Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday | 4:00–5:00 PM

Our Youth Fitness classes are designed for older kids ready for more structured training. These youth fitness classes focus on:

  • Strength development using age-appropriate techniques
  • Speed, agility, and athletic performance
  • Injury prevention and movement efficiency
  • Discipline, teamwork, and self-confidence

This program is ideal for middle school athletes looking to improve performance or stay active in a safe, coached setting.
