Designed for those who want to hit the ground running in Adapt class but may be lacking experience with kettlebell skills or general lifting techniques.
Meet with one of our coaches for 3 personal training sessions. We will assess your needs and work on honing some of the kettlebell skills that tend to be easier to learn in a private setting. We can go over the finer points of form on things like the deadlift, squat, turkish get-up, and chin up.
Upon completing your sessions you will have access to Adapt class the remainder of the month. A great value and the ideal way to set yourself up for success.
