Kristen Neisler is the owner and founder of KNetic Edge Physical Therapy, working in-house at Adaptable PT. With more than 25 years of experience as a physical therapist and athletic trainer, she has helped everyone from Division I athletes, marathon runners, and triathletes to weekend warriors, post-operative patients, and individuals who simply want to move through daily life without pain.
Much of Kristen’s career has involved working with Division I athletes at DePaul University, where she has also served as a clinical faculty member in Kinesiology for 20 years. She is passionate about helping each patient reach their highest potential and return to their sport, work, or everyday activities stronger and more capable than before.
Kristen places therapeutic exercise at the center of her approach while tailoring each treatment plan to the patient’s needs. She incorporates Postural Restoration Institute principles along with techniques such as Active Release Techniques, trigger point dry needling, cupping, Graston instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, therapeutic taping, and other soft tissue treatments.
Whether someone is recovering from surgery, managing a persistent injury, or working to improve athletic performance, Kristen provides individualized care designed to restore function, build resilience, and support long-term movement.
